Wireless Installer
Installs fixed wireless ("wireless internet") systems and equipment, including running wires and mounting antennas.

Duties:

• Installation of wireless hardware and software technologies on towers and rooftops.
• Set up both wired and wireless networks, routing, and Quality of Service settings.
• Verify system functionality by testing equipment and connections; identifying and correcting problems.
• Maintain customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.
• This job requires a high level of fitness. Must be able to safely lift 60 lbs, work with ladders and on rooftops in slippery conditions, maneuver in home and commercial building crawlspaces and attics.
• Maintain safe work environment by following safe practices.
• Maintain records by documenting installations.
• Assisting with inventory management.

Skills & Attributes required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to self supervise and find creative solutions to installation problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Optimistic attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Dependable scheduling and flexibility.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Prefer 1-2 years technical experience or background in a technical discipline.
• Ability to properly use an array of hand and power tools.
